Ingredients
for the flatbread dough:

fine sea salt

for the tarte:

creme fraiche

nutmeg

Instructions
Make the dough and set it aside.
Cook the bacon, then cook the onions in the pan.
Mix the creme fraiche with nutmeg and season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough.
Spread with creme then top with cheese. Top with onions and bacon.
Bake 500ºF for about 15 minutes.
