peeled and deveined

dry white wine

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

cilantro

Instructions
Cook the pasta in well salted boiling water according to package directions.
Heat a large skillet to medium heat and add the butter and oil.
Season the shrimp well with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for a couple minutes per side then remove from the pan.
Add the wine and garlic to the skillet, raise the temperature and bring the sauce to a boil. Reduce for a minute or two.
Add the drained pasta to the skillet along with the lime juice and cilantro. Toss well then add the cooked shrimp
