Pulled Pork Nacos
Cheesy nachos piled high with Mexican pulled pork, black beans, red peppers, olives and pico de gallo.

Instructions
Heat a large sauce pan over medium heat and add the pulled pork. Heat for about 5 minutes or until warmed through.
Lay out the tortilla chips single file across the baking sheet.
Top with the shredded cheese, pulled pork, black beans, red pepper and black olives.
Bake at 400ºF for 8-10 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and top with cilantro, sour cream and pico de gallo.
